• The requirements of saddle stitching have changed within the past years. The number of varied jobs increased but the job size per edition did not increase. Our design engineers supported by specialized German application engineers focus on the requirements of this changed production environment during the design process of our new NOVA 12 STITCHER. The "NOVA 12 STITCHER" facilitates quick makeready and is the best choice for printers and bookbinders in the productive class of 12,000c/h.
• We changed the gripper system in to a double gripper system, and also improved the performance of the gripper system by stronger gripper design and addition of low wear synthetic gripper pads, thus increasing the retention forces of the gripper system. The cover folder feeder has now two scoring positions. In the stitching section the reject collection tray and adjustment devices are now accessible from below, which makes adjustment of the trimming infeed much easier. The newly designed trimmer is typified by easy operation and quick exchange of optional devices. A trim waste removal belt is integrated into the new trimmer.
