- 1.Three groups of UV lamps are controlled independently. Three choice for the UV intensity separately are half,3/4 and full power, which can prolong the life of the lamp and save energy. It also shows the irradiance intensity and the using life timely.
- 22.Each lamp independently has its exhaust system(one group),run automatically, save energy and effectively control the inside temperature.
- 3.The inside temperature is inspected multipointly, if the temperature is abnormal the machine will stop automatically, as well as the cover will lift automatically.
- 4.It has conveyer belt rectify a deviation system, with adsorption, use imported TEFION belt.
- 5.The conveying speed is adjusted frequency conversion, the max is up to 60m/minute.
- 6.Whole machine is controlled by PLC.
