


Printing machine
- Intrudction:
- 1. Twin channel unwinding unit: Automatic constant tension controlling, EPC for unwinding, puffed axis, Automatic jointed fabric roll while machine running, automatic stopped once fabric broken.
- 2. The whole machine adopts alloy casting steel. Some key parts adopts alloy with multiple heat-treatment with accurate polishing of CNC.
- 3. Center impression roller (CI drum) adopts two layer casting steel pipe with high accurate surface machining technology. Surface coating layer is more than 100um and diameter direction jumpiness tolerance within +/-0.008mm
- 4. Center impression roller (CI drum) adopts internal chilly water circulation system, circulating water automatic control the surface temperature in constant temperature, avoid expansion after heating.
- 5. Advanced PLC control system with pre-stored multiple channel control program for superior efficiency. Operation needs only one person
- 6. Hydraulic lock device to accurately position and fix the ceramic anilox roller and printing cylinder, in order to ensure the stale printing quality under high speed without other influences.
- 7. Vertical and horizontal color control range: lateral +/-10mm, longitudinal +/-5mm, online manually color registering.
- 8. Fully closed ink circulation system, composed of double direction doctor blade with alloy ink chamber (internally coating Teflon), viscosity controller and ink circulation pump.
- 9. Auto lock device. While machine temporarily stopped during running, independent driving mode for color station, anilox roller running to prevent the ink drying.
- 10. Ink drying adopts auto constant temperature control and air circulation system. Drying cabinet located between each color station, and lengthened for post print drying to ensure complete drying effect under high speed.
- 11. Static graphics monitoring system.
- 12. Turret type twin channel winding unit: Swing roller type taper winding auto tension control system (tension decelerating), puffed axis, non-stop roll changing in the high speed.
- 13. Central controlled by PLC, driving by AC motor and speed adjusting by inverter, data setting or adjusting & current parameters monitoring or recording in Human-Machine-Interface (HMI). Single adjust for individual motor and linking adjust for all motors.
