- INTRODUCTION:
- The model DW 1600 single-face corrugated board production line is composed of a mill roll stand, a single-face board corrugating unit and a rotary cutter.
It can be used for continuous production of high quality single face corrugated boards at medium speeds.
There are two optional types of corrugating units, namely guiding claw type and vacuum sucking type.
The latter one is comparatively a more advanced design in structure It adopts a special air collector for air sucking, which creates a kind of negative pressure underneath the lower corrugating cylinder, so that the media paper is sucked to the surface of the cylinder.
The vacuum system here replaces the function of guide claws Thus it saves users' trouble of claw adjusting, improves production efficiency and more important.
It eliminates the marks of white stripes on corrugated papers guide claws create.
There are various flute types and heating methods ready for choice. The mill roll stands are divided into normal spindle type hydraulic non-spindle type and mechanical non-spindle type. - SPECIFICATIONS:
