- INTRODUCTION:
- 1.This machine consists of frame, transmission, book presser, cam, side cutter, front cutter, book lorry, vertical and horizontal book arranging device, book-out shelf and electric control system etc.
2.The main transmission adopts rolling bearing structure with lubrication by splash, well-tight seal and non-leaking.
3.The magic hand is used for book arranging device to govern book cut in good order.
4.The operator only need put book pile in carrier, then this machine can finish all the action automaticaly and reliably.
5.This machine is totally enclosed to prevent from wastepaper.
6.The foot switch is equipped to control magnetic clutch (brake) alone, thus it is more convenient and safer to operate it manually.
7.The oil feeder is equipped to lubricate machine timely and rationally except a few guide rail surfaces.
8.The fast-position cutter frame is used for front and side knife in order to reduce time of knife replacing.
